All Access was launched by The Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD) to build community, raise awareness and increase meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities. In the first episode, Rachel Arfa provides background on the podcast project, shares her career path to becoming the highest-ranking Deaf official in City of Chicago government, and discusses the launch of MOPD’s Career Center to support job seekers with disabilities and employers seeking to make their organization more diverse and inclusive by hiring qualified individuals with disabilities.
